Cobalt Amber - Eau de Parfum

Cobalt Amber is all the glamour of art deco Paris, encapsulated in a sassy modern day scent. One of our earlier creations, I knew at the time that I wanted a scent in our collection that would be easily accessible to those not used to natural scents. In fact one of my favourite Cobalt Amber moments is when we released it in London and a perfume critic there announced “I love it so much I’m willing to forgive the fact that it’s natural”! A backwards compliment perhaps, but I took heart in the fact that we’d converted a natural perfume sceptic and knew if we had him, we would claim others too!

Cobalt Amber is often the scent in the collection that new Abel customers are drawn to and it’s the one I find myself recommending people try first, a ‘gateway drug’ if you will. But this doesn’t mean her charm will wear thin, in fact it’s my husband Dave’s go-to for seven years now and I just love the leathery amber profile on him.
